Emirates Schools Karting Championship
JUST FOR STUDENTS
The Emriates Schools Karting Championship (ESKC) was created to bring students, teachers and schools together to compete as teams in the motorsport arena. The ESKC is proud to have Emirates Motorsports Organization (EMSO) President, Dr. Mohammed Ben Sulayem, as its Official Patron.
Learn New Skills and Have Fun
Kart racing as a team sport offers skills and exciting experiences for a lifetime. Students will need to develop teamwork, strategy, organization and leadership to be successful over the championship season.
Two Race Categories
- Junior ESKC (7-12 years old): teams of 2-4 students from each school compete in four sprint events.
- Senior ESKC (13-18 years old): teams of 3-4 students from each school compete in four endurance events.
Nomad Class
Not all the students on a team are required to come from the same school. The Nomad sub-category of both Junior and Senior divisions allows students from different schools to come together on the same team and compete!
About ESKC
Created in 2015, the ESKC was designed to give students a platform to participate in competitive kart racing. It is open to students of all karting abilities. The ESKC aims to encourage students to adopt and learn new skill sets, which will help them later in life, whilst at the same time have competitive fun.
