Dubai Bambino Cup RD4

Dubai, UAE, 23 February 2019:  Despite repeated challenges from Max Murray and Nicholas Kimi Stura, Omani racer Shonal Kunimal continued his winning streak with a dominate Round Four triumph in the Dubai Bambino Cup on Saturday afternoon  at Dubai Kartdrome.

Kunimal won all four time-trials on his way to victory, achieving an overall best lap time of 1:20.888 on the 1.25-kilometre Monaco configuration at Dubai Kartdrome.

Murray and Stura looked to topple the championship leader, but the best both drivers could hope for was a pair of second-places for each.

After four rounds, Shonal Kunimal (200 points) remains in the control of the 2018-2019 Bambino Cup Championship.  Nicholas Kimi Stura (158 points) is giving chase, currently in second-place, and Anthony Joe Khalil (150 points) in third.
