Bin Drai Karting Team Takes Command

Dubai, UAE, 27 April 2018:  After 140 laps of endurance kart racing, Bin Drai Karting Team have taken control of the contest at Dubai Kartdrome.

After qualifying in third position, Bin Drai carefully moved up the order and overhauled the pole-sitters, Emirates Pro.  Pit strategy throughout the night will be vital to the top teams.

LD Russia have dropped back into the pack, allowing Team Emirates to move up and lead the Corporate teams.  Team Emirates is also now on target to reach the main podium, sitting right behind partner team, Emirates Pro in second place.

The Omani squad of Omantel Makasib 2 has made an impressive run, going from P14 on the grid to P8 currently, which puts it in the lead for Nations Cup.

Racing will continue throughout the night and winners will be crowned by 08.00 on Saturday (28 April).
